10:00 – 13:00
Do you go home after a meeting and think of all the things you could have said but didn’t? Have you ever been shut down, ignored or dismissed and didn’t know how to react? Do you dread pitching your business and having to talk about yourself?
Or perhaps your success means you are called upon more and more to speak at events, coach a team or make yourself more visible online? Maybe you are great at 1:1’s but find group situations terrifying? Or are you one of the estimated 85% of people who suffer from glossophobia – the fear of speaking in public?
Then this Speak with Confidence workshop is for you!
In fact I know that EVERYONE can learn the skills needed to Speak with Confidence and like most things in life, it takes a bit of knowledge and a lot of practice.
In this brief session you will get an overview of a healthy voice and gain an understanding of what is holding you back. We will look at your physical state and also your mindset. Why are so many people afraid of speaking in public? By the end of the workshop you will know more about yourself and your voice, including the following;
● How your posture can improve your voice quality
● The importance of breathing
● Impact of anxiety on your voice
● Why Taylor Swift is the answer to overcoming nerves

We will also delve in to your personal concerns and habits around speaking confidently in ANY situation. The workshop will be full of tips and techniques that actors use every day and which you can easily master. At the end you will leave with your individual feedback and action point.
